Christmas orders-

To arrive in time for Christmas your orders must be placed by:
New Zealand: 19th December
Australia: 4th December
Rest of world: 30th of November
orders received after this date are not guaranteed to be received by Christmas.

Your order will be sent on the next working day,  gift wrapped with a receipt.

If you are buying a gift for a friend, I'm happy to include a card with a message from you, either leave me a message at checkout or send me an email at kate@katewatts.co.nz.

All items are shipped from New Zealand.

Shipping costs and approximate delivery times -

New Zealand - $3 Nationwide, allow three working days for delivery, five for rural.
Australia - $5 NZD, allow one to two weeks.
UK shipping - $5 NZD - please note you will be charged around £17 duties and customs charges for one pair of gloves, possibly as much as £26 for two pairs. I will contact you when you place your order to make sure you are happy to accept these charges. Allow two to three weeks for delivery.
Rest of the world - $10 NZD, allow two to three weeks for delivery.

International tracking  is an additional $2 - if you choose not to purchase tracking you may have to wait an additional 6 weeks for me to refund or re-send your order if it goes missing as I have to jump through additional hoops with the post office.

If you require tracking on your international order please contact us - this will be an additional $10.00.
